5. Sample Ordering & Refunds
• Tile samples can be ordered to help you make an informed decision.
• If you place a full order after receiving a sample, we reimburse the sample cost.
• Sample orders are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
• Sample orders cannot be cancelled. In case of special circumstances like wrong address or wrong product reach out to Support@tileskraft.com within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• Returns are only accepted for incorrect products.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.

7. Shipping & Delivery
• We ship samples pan India with estimated delivery times of 2-10 Days based on location and time taken by shipping partners.
• Shipping charges may apply based on order size and location.
