At TilesKraft, we aim to provide a seamless experience when purchasing tile samples through our online store. Since tile samples are custom-prepared, they cannot be returned. However, we do offer refunds under specific conditions.

1. Order Cancellation Policy
• Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it if they made a mistake (wrong item, incorrect address, etc.).
• To request a cancellation, email us at support@tileskraft.com with your order number and correction request.
• Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Return & Refund Policy
Since tile samples are custom-cut and shipped specifically for you, we do not accept returns. However, we provide refunds under the following conditions:
✅ Wrong Sample Shipped – If we shipped the wrong tile sample (wrong color, size, or design), you are eligible for a refund.

Cases Where Refunds Are Not Provided:
❌ If the wrong sample was ordered by the customer.
❌ If the order was placed with incorrect shipping details and was not cancelled within 24 hours.
❌ If the tile sample does not match customer expectations (e.g., slight color variations due to screen differences).
❌ If the request is made beyond the allowed reporting time frame.

3. Refund Process
If you qualify for a refund, follow these steps:
1️ Email support@tileskraft.com with your order number, issue details, and supporting photos (if applicable).
2️ Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days.
3️ If approved, the refund will be credited within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
• Check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times vary.
